Psychiatric Services

Psychiatric Evaluations

Our Board Certified Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatrists will provide a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation that lasts approximately 80 minutes. During the initial visit, the Psychiatrist will develop a framework of treatment goals, one of which may include drug therapy to manage their particular condition or disorder.

Medication Management

If medication is prescribed, or families are unsure about trying medication initially, our Psychiatrists meet with clients and their families as needed for ongoing follow-up visits. Regularly scheduled visits for symptom control and medication management are provided on an as-needed basis.

Genesight© Testing

Have you ever tried a medicine that didn’t work or caused you side effects? We know that medicines do not work the same for everyone. Your genes influence the way your body responds to specific medicines. Our Psychiatrists provide state of the art genetic testing to help guide his client’s treatment plan for medication management, using a a personalized approach to prescribing medication for patients. Using Genesight © testing, our Psychiatrists are able to analyze your genes to guide medication decision. Genesight © testing is as easy as swabbing your cheek with a large Q tip, and Dr. Greenberger can use your genetic test results to find the best medicine to treat your symptoms.
